That Bird is Probably Too High

I've always really liked minimalist art and sunsets so while on my crayon-brush minimalist shape art tangent, I made this. I added a black bird for contrast, but looking back I'm pretty sure birds don't fly as high as airplanes, so this little bird is in way over their head.

Space Vibes

I was feeling kind of crappy so I wanted to draw a vent piece to alleviate my feelings. At the time I thought space seemed like a good calm thing to use as a symbol for what I wanted to feel, but I realize now space is very volatile and erratic much like my emotions at the time.

Pop art Phonograph

In 10th grade, I made a piece in which I included a painted phonograph. I really liked the phonograph but the rest of the piece was kind of garbage so I wanted to re-purpose my phonograph, so I decided to try a pop-art-y approach, and was satisfied with the results. 

Clean Air Campaign 2016

In 10th grade I participated in the clean air campaign t-shirt design competition and places 2nd. I made my design in a neat circle shape with it in mind that this might be on a shirt so it should fit the format. The basic idea is a "Planet Man" like ambiguous character beating up some exhaust pollution coming from a car with the slogan I thought of ,"Don't fight dirty" (which I still think was pretty darn clever).

Character sheets

Sam was one of my first OCs and is definitely one of my oldest, so I wanted to make him a little more permanent by finalizing a style with him. (it's changed again since than though.)
